About Kits Care

Kits Care Staff Solution Ltd., provides compassionate healthcare, food services, housekeeping, laundry service to seniors. We are based in Vancouver and Sidney BC and serve seniors in these communities.

NURSING

We offer many care choices, from home support to complex care. Our care staff provide a wide range of therapies – including physical, mental, social and recreational. Our staff of care professionals is interviewed and screened to verify their experience and qualifications. We invest in our staff through robust training programs. 

FOOD AND SUPPORT SERVICES

We are dedicated to providing great food and support services to our residents. We maintain cleanliness and sanitation according to required standards set by the Health Department and the facility. We estimate production requirements according to the needs of the facility, order and receive supplies as per established purchasing practices, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers as required. We ensure maintenance of food rotations in storage/inventory in order to minimize spoilage and waste and maximize food quality as well as guarantee food safety. We have strong communication and relationships among management, staff, residents, and the public.
